KD design specialise in both contemporary and traditionally inspired homes that fulfil our clients requirements which reflect all types of lifestyle.

We are responsible for a large portfolio having undertaken commissions for new-build, conversions, large extensions and refurbishments. Our aim is to enthuse our projects with new innovation and attention to detail, which provides our clients with buildings that exceed all their expectations.

Each site is unique and this is reflected in the approach we take to each project. We design buildings and homes around the client brief and the sites in which they sit. It is not our philosophy to mass produce designs that are "applied" to numerous sites. All our design work is bespoke and we pride on the fact that we push all the boundaries in order to achieve inspirational results.

We look to utilise the latest materials, construction techniques and we also carefully consider the sustainability of our projects, ever striving to be environmentally conscious.
