Conversion of Cue World, Grimsby
A mixed use scheme located just outside the town centre of Grimsby in a Conservation Area consisting of 33 apartments and 6 retail units. The design had to take into consideration the historical setting while trying to create a building with it’s own identity.
The building with it’s ground floor retail units bring life back to the street in an area in need of regeneration.
