The Cue World premises on Wellowgate, Grimsby, will soon be replaced with a mixed use Retail and Apartment scheme. NE Lincs Council granted planning permission for the scheme (12 Dec 2007) following negotiations with Castlebuild, KD Design and the Planning Authorities.

Lindum Construction to be awarded the contract to constuct a new 10 bed adult hospice and daycare centre in Louth, Lincolnshire. Project to start on site beginning of Jan 2008.
